August 4, 2000 - Today I helped my meowmie shop for school clothes for the hewman kids. Yeah!!!! They go back to school next week. Then it's back to un-interrupted NAP TIME! All day long power naps . . . I can hardly wait! I'll be home by myself until the girl gets home from school. Then her grandma will bring her home to feed me and love me and wait for meowmie to come home!
August 6, 2000 - Today I joined the new Cyber Kitties Guild. It sounds like it should be lots of fun!
August 9, 2000 - Well tomorrows the big day! The hewman kids are off to different schools in different towns! Nap Time HERE I COME!
August 10, 2000 - Well, the kiddies went to school today. I took lots of catnaps! I had the whole yard to myself! Sounds like heaven. . . huh? Well guess again! I got bored and missed my kids! There was no one to pet me or feed me or water me all day long!
August 14, 2000 - I'm sooo glad to see the kids get off that big shiny yellow thing in the afternoons! But it's soooo loud!
August 19, 2000 - Meowmie and the Girl (BRE) are up to something!!! They were digging and planting and watering! They planted a new garden in the back with Caladiums and begonias, Mexican heather and pintas, a Dipladenia vine and all kinds of goodies. They even put up a little white fence. (Do those silly hewmans really think THAT will keep MOI out???)
August 20, 2000 - OOPS!! Got caught snoozing in the Girl's garden. She says it's for FFA and boy was she MAD! Guess I'll have to be sneakier next time, huh? But don't tell her I said that!
August 21, 2000 - Finally the girl forgave me for napping in her garden. She even gave me some Whisker Lickin's when she got home from school today.
August 22, 2000 - Today I joined OCS. That stands for Outdoor Cats Society. It sounds like lots of fun. My buddy Spooky Spookster and his sisfur, Miranda are the leaders. Miranda's a furry purrty cat!
August 24, 2000 - Boy did I have lots to do in Photography Guild! My geocities account ran out of space. I had to create another one and move some stuff around. I also got lots and lots of new photo submissions and stuff to add before end of the month totals went out! Whew! Glad I'm finally caught up!
August 27 ,2000 - Today I sent out the Monthly Theme Contest awards. We had lots of great rainbow pictures this month! I really enjoy being the leader of Photography Guild because I love seeing all the neat picfurs everyone takes! We have lots of really talented memfurs.
August 28, 2000 - Whew! This month is almost ofur! It's been sooo busy. Meowmie's been jumpy as a cat on a hot tin roof lately. She's supposed to have surgery in a little ofur a week and she's starting to get nervous!
August 31, 2000 - Goodness. Meowmie has to give a little speech at an Anniversary Party today for one of her best furrends 30th Anniversary with her company. That's a lot of years to work with one company! Whew! Meowmie's as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room of rocking chairs! And that's purrty nervous. I tried to tell her she'll do purrfect, but mew know meowmies! Sometimes they just don't listen. So I have her lots of extra luv this morning before she left!
September 1, 2000 - I can hardly believe it's September already. It seems like just yesterday, it was December 31 and we were all waiting up to celebrate the year 2000! Now it's 2/3 over already! Wow Meow! Today I've been furry busy. I've added lots of new picfurs to Photography Guild. I added two more cat-egories (MOL) - Fall Photos and Insect Photos. I also had lots of points to add for memfurs who answered the Monthly Question, Added Comments to the Monthly Photo, and clicked on the Big Cats banner to help save the Big Cats! Wow Meow! My paws are furry tired now, so I think I'll go take a nap before Meowmie and the kids get home!
September 2, 2000 - Wow! Meowmie's surgery is only 4 days away! The countdown has begun. I hope my sisfur remefurs to feed me while meowmie's gone! Meowmie takes such good care of me and even though she'll only be gone for a day or so, I'll miss her furry much. I did lots more work on my Guild today as well as making submissions for the Guilds I belong to! Anastasia has redone CSA and it looks wonderfur!
September 3, 2000 - Wow! I got some more great submissions today. Photography Guild is huge! We've got tons of things for memfurs to do! Lots of Activities! I went out this morning and tried to get some purrty shots of the sunrise, but they didn't turn out too good. Oh well, maybe next time!
September 5, 2000 - Today was my meowmie's grandpa's 70th birthday. Meowmie is furry vervous tonight. She keeps petting me and Molly and smothering us with kisses. Her surgery is tomorrow.
September 6, 2000 - Meowmie had her surgery today. She had a hysterectomy. Meowmie says that's kinda like a girl cat getting spayed. My hewman sisfur and brofur went to see her and they said she's sleeping alot. Sounds good to me. I like to sleep alot too. I can't wait til she comes home.
September 7, 2000 - Meowmie came home this evening. She brought lots of flowers! Somebody sure loves her!!! I'll have to get out the camera and take some pics fur her befur they start to die! I did get to see Meowmie for a few minutes. My fafur put me on the bed and I let her kiss me, but then it was out the door! I don't like bedrooms!!!!
September 8, 2000 - Meowmie and I checked the emeows today. My sisfur helped me update my journal again. Meowmie's feeling a little better now. Her and the d*g slept a whole lot today though!
September 10, 2000 - Meowmie was not feeling well today, so I didn't get to do too much. We went outside for a few minutes and took some picfurs of the flowers.
September 11, 2000 - Meowmie and I added a few new picfurs to our site today and sent in some stuff for Garden Guild. Then we took a long cat nap together. I like meowmie being home!
September 19, 2000 - Thought I'd better check in. I've been busy helping meowmie recuperate from her surgery and looking for Smokey Amber and Bandit. They are both missing. Their meowmie is sooo sad. I hope they come home soon!
September 20, 2000 - Today I decided to make a commercial for The Balloon Shoppe on AilTV. Ohhh I'm so excited! I can't wait!
September 21, 2000 - Today is the furrst official day of fall. I love fall! It's my favorite season of all! MOL - he he, I'm a poet and didn't know it! Oh and I finally heard from Sassy Long today. I've entered in her Cutest Cat Contest and it starts tomorrow. Mew can vote for me by going to Cutest Cat Contest
September 23, 2000 - I worked on my guild today and had lots of fun. Had several things to add.
September 25, 2000 - I started building my Halloween pages today. I love Halloween cause it's my birthday! I'll be 8 years old.
September 27, 2000 - I won first place in Sassy's Cutest Cat Contest! Can mew believe it!!!! I'm soooo honored. A big thank mew to all my furriends who voted fur me!
September 28, 2000 - Today was kinda lonesome. Not alot to do, so I worked on my Halloween pages again.
September 30, 2000 - Found some really neat graphics sites today with Halloween graphics and a very haunting midi file. It's called "Dark Angel" and it sounds sooo familiar. I put it on my main Halloween Page. It's hard to believe tomorrow is October already.
